My name is Tom Hadrava and I'm originally from Makinen, MN, it is by the quad-city area, or better known as the Iron Range. I lived with my mother (Janis Hadrava), my father (James Hadrava), and my brother (Jason Hadrava). My mother currently works at the Virginia Regional Medical Center in Virginia Minnesota. My father worked at Mintacc mines. He passed away on June 15th, 2000. My brother moved out when I was 12 years old, he enrolled in the Marines. He is currently living in Virgina state and happily married with a baby girl.
I graduated from Eveleth-Gilbert High School, while at high school; I attended a post-secondary education at Mesabi Community College. Immediately after graduation I moved to Duluth, MN to start going to college. My goal was to be done with all my school ASAP. I attended summer courses at WITC to eliminate some of my general education courses. In Fall '04, I enrolled at UWS and decided to major in Computer Information Systems. I have graduated May 16, 2008 with a B.S. in Computer Information Systems. I continued my education at Lake Superior College by taking a 4 course program in Cisco Networking to gain more of a technical knowledge of computer networking.
While in Duluth, I worked from '04 to '07 at OfficeMax in Duluth. In '07 I got two new jobs. One was being a Hewlett Packard representative for OfficeMax and Best Buy in the Duluth area and the other was an I.T. Internship at Residential Services Inc. At Residential Services Inc. I was promoted to a Help Desk Specialist in May '07. In January '08 I got hired at Field Logic Inc. as an I.T. Intern. After graduation, I earned a full time position at Field Logic Inc. as a I.T. Coordinator. I am still happily working with Field Logic Inc. Every year my future looks just a little bit better. I have begun training in Microsoft Server, Microsoft Exchange, and Virtual Machine configuration to better Field Logic and myself. In January 2011, I acquired my VCP (VM Certified Professional.
I am currently living with my wife (Mykle Hadrava) in our new, old house. We moved in March 2010. We got married August 16th 2008. We have been togetherfor 10 years and are going strong. She has graduated from UWS with a B.S. in Biology and a minor in Chemistry. For the past year she has been attending St. Scholastica’s post bachelor RN program. She graduated August 2010, then got a full time job as an RN at St.Lukes in Duluth Mn.
